But if your a U.S. Citizen, with U.S. Passport and valid driver's license from a U.S. Territory or U.S. Commonwealth your classified differently with regard to obtaining a driver's license. CAN YOU SAY DISCRIMINATION AND SECOND CLASS CITIZENS!!!

You have to take a written test and a driving test!!! Other's only have to take a written test.
